Mina Faltas has a 25-year history of building and investing in successful technology companies in both the national security and commercial sectors, across software, services, and hardware.
Mr. Faltas is the Founder and CEO of Washington Harbour Partners LP, an investment firm that manages over $2B in public and private investments. Washington Harbour has deep domain expertise in the areas of Software, Cybersecurity, Defense Technologies, Government & Business Services, and Technology-Enabled Services. The firm has a flexible mandate for partnering with technology companies including control buyout, minority ownership/growth equity, and public equity investment. The firm’s LPs are corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, and strategic family offices.
Mr. Faltas has a B.S. in Commerce (Finance) from the University of Virginia. Mr. Faltas serves on the Board of Advisors of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, The Board of UVA’s National Security Data and Policy Institute, the Board of Trustees of the Potomac School, the Advisory Board of Diameter Capital Partners, the Board of Directors of Groundswell, SIXGEN, Raft, Epirus, RegScale, Thunder, aXiomatic Gaming, and Reconext. Mr. Faltas is also a member of the US Capital Chapter of YPO.
