Postdoc and Graduate Research Program

NSDPI’s Postdoc and Graduate Research Program assembles, manages, and supports top researchers from across the country. 

The Program team works collaboratively within the Institute and with researchers from organizations across UVA, including the School of Data Science and the Biocomplexity Institute. Program associates conduct data analysis for ongoing research and embark on their own original projects and white papers. They foster collaboration in their field by sharing new findings at conferences and help nurture the next generation of national security leaders by training and mentoring student researchers as well. 

The application period for the Postdoc and Graduate Research Program will reopen in January 2026.
