Riley Busbee

Riley Busbee is a Graduate Student Researcher at the National Security Data and Policy Institute and is earning her Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. Before joining the NSPDI, she worked as an Analyst at the United States Department of State in the Office of Policy, Planning, and Resources for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, as well as the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in Europe and Asia. 

She holds a BA in History and Government from the College of William and Mary.
